The first coaching phone call is a wonderful opportunity to lay the groundwork for our coaching journey together! It's a time for both of us to get to know each other, explore your needs and goals, and see if we're a good match. During this friendly chat, I'll share my coaching style, talk about confidentiality and what you can expect, and we'll pinpoint the challenges or areas you'd like to focus on. This initial conversation helps create a positive atmosphere for our future sessions and builds trust and rapport between us. I’m excited to get started together!

A coaching intake form is a great way for me to get to know you better! It's designed to collect key information that helps me understand your unique needs, goals, and any challenges you might be facing. Think of it as the first step in our partnership, allowing me to create a coaching experience that's tailored just for you.
The form usually asks about your background, what you're hoping to achieve, areas you want to focus on, and any previous coaching experiences you've had. By filling it out, you're setting the stage for a rewarding coaching journey together. This helps ensure our sessions are aligned with what you want to accomplish, and it encourages a deeper connection right from the beginning!
The intake form is required for all new clients and is a one time cost of $49.

Pickleball sessions are 60 minutes, once per week.
This package involves an 8-week commitment for $792.
